30 June 2011

Today is that magickal day when money appears in my bank account. It is mid-afternoon and I am just waking up. I am up until the crack of dawn most days. It's just as well, as I'm a little sensitive to the sunlight. I hardly go out in the sun anymore. The sweltering heat with sun in my eyes and smelling the stench of Chinatown is not a positive experience. Those streets are always packed with people. Some of them will just stop on the sidewalk to look at something the stores are selling effectively blocking your path.

The bank doesn't close until 7 PM today. I don't have to rush. This guy named Vince borrowed my shopping cart. I have been kicking myself in the ass for letting him take it. It is needed if I hope to get my shopping done. I didn't even think to ask him when he's bringing it back. I imagine he is using it to go to the beer store as I know how much he loves to drink. The beer store is going to be closed on either Sunday or Monday. I need to go to the beer store too. Need to get out and shop.

I'm so lazy and I think I'll just go out in the clothes I slept in. The thing is that I did change into this outfit late last night. I put on my yoga pants and a black t-shirt because I wanted to do a little bit of yoga last night. All I did was the sun salutation, but it gave me an opportunity to use that yoga mat I purchased last year. I was reading that a head stand is the best yoga pose to work on if you don't want to do a lot, but you want to get a lot of results. I am sceptical, but apparently it is good for a person due to the fact that it makes the blood flow up to the head and improves the circulation. I'm never getting into those yoga things where they swallow a cloth or pull things through the nostrils.

I don't need the shopping cart to go out and pay the phone bill, I suppose. I wish I hadn't let Vince take the cart, but I was a bit distracted when he came to the door. I don't have to do all my shopping today. What if the beer store is closed tomorrow? I wish people would get their own damned carts and stop borrowing mine. I wish I had thought about how this was going to be an inconvenience earlier.

I guess I'll just go out and run a few errands. Hope Vince is back by the time I'm done. It means I'll have to make an extra trip. It's not that much extra walking.
